Job description: We are looking to hire an Experienced Cake Decorators/ Cake Designers for one of High End outlets located in Ajman.

To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 – 8 years previous work experience in the Food & Beverage Industry. It is an immediate start.

Because you will be representing the brand (Cafe / Restaurant), you are expected to be polite and courteous, approachable, and ready to help customers. Acknowledge customers requests and can handle busy times efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Can create 3D cakes (cars, bags, shoes etc.) according to client requirements

• Can create 3D figurines using fondant (superheroes, human figurines, animals, etc.)

• Can paint on cakes, write cake messages etc.

• Experienced in a fast-paced environment

• Resourceful in using edible items for cake decorations

• Can decorate cookies, cupcakes etc

• Producing several types of cakes, fillings on cake type required by client

Requirements

Gender: Male/Female

Experience: At least 5 – 8 years previous work experience in the Food & Beverage Industry

Other requirements:

• Speak with customers to determine their goals for their cake

• Use a variety of methods and tools to bring the customer’s vision to life in the form of a completed cake

• Ensure that display cases are clean, organized, and appealing

• Operate cash register

• Answer customers’ questions regarding their cakes

• Maintain inventory and keep store clean and sanitary

• Artistic and creative nature

• Excellent customer service skills
