Job description: Job Description :A multinational company based in Dubai is currently recruiting a sales and marketing specialist having 3-5 years of experience marketing related activities. This role reports to the sales manager.Key responsibilities
- Support the sales and marketing team in executing day-to-day activities.
- Communicate with local and international clients and partners via e-mail, phone, and meetings.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Help manage and grow relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Translate documents and communicate. Between Japanese and English, where needed.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
- Coordinate logistics and documentation related to international trade.
Language Skills. Fluent English and Japanese is essential.Education.
- Bachelor’s degree. In business administration. Marketing. Or international business. Certification or additional training in international trade or marketing is a plus.
- Two to three years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in trading companies, logistics, or multinational environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of trade documentation.

- Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Japanese.
- Culturally sensitive and able to work in an international team.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Professional demeanor and customer-centric mindset.
- Available to occasionally travel within the UAE or overseas.
Expected salary: 15000 per month
