- Support budget planning, revenue growth, inventory control and loss prevention, ensuring smooth daily operations in coordination with the Spa Manager and relevant departments.
- Lead staff meetings, uphold policies and SOPs, schedule effectively for optimal performance, and foster professional relationships among staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Monitor satisfaction through feedback tools, maintain a welcoming environment, address complaints professionally, and implement programs to drive repeat business.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures, maintain equipment, and enforce opening/closing protocols, while aligning with company policies and safety standards.
Expected salary: 14000 per month
