L3 Engineer will be responsible for planning & development of LAN, WAN & Wireless networks. They work with a variety of different hardware and software systems to build out network infrastructures that meet the needs of Enterprise & Gov. Customers L3 Engineer may also be tasked with providing support & attend customer related technical meetings related to these solutions related to Pre/Post Sales. This might include monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and making adjustments & enhancement where necessary to ensure business continuity & services uptime. Job Duties L3 Engineer have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: Participate in RFP/RFQ with Sales & Projects team to provide technical documentation & write-ups meeting customer requirements and producing HLD & LLDs. Attend meeting with customer and ensure to finalize and agree on solution. Engage vendors & OEMs to review & validate proposed solution and respond to customer Plan, design, validate solutions & proof of concepts based on industry leading best practices & technologies. Providing MOP documents to internal L1 & L2 teams for carrying out implementations of agreed solutions. Manage & extend support to L1 & L2 teams related to implementation to ensure a balance workload among all staff and monitoring team performance as well.
Expected salary: 16900 – 23200 per month
