As a Credit Administration Executive, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing legal and credit-related documentation. This includes accurate recordkeeping, internal system updates, and collaboration with legal, compliance, and credit teams. The role also supports periodic audits, process enhancements, and regulatory reporting activities.Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review facility documentation, legal opinions, and credit-related materials per sanctioned approvals
- Track and rectify document discrepancies, deferrals, or waivers; coordinate with internal teams for approvals
- Scan, archive, and safeguard original client documentation (physical and digital)
- Maintain accurate collateral, limit, and customer data in core banking systems
- Record credit-related transactions and ensure accurate system entries
- Prepare internal reports on documentation gaps, expired items, and monthly performance metrics
- Support cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulatory frameworks
- Coordinate with audit departments, respond to findings, and follow up on remediation actions
- Prepare regulatory and internal reports timely and accurately
- Assist with account provisioning, write-offs, and updates on customer status
- Perform documentation-related administrative tasks including mail, acknowledgments, and safekeeping
- Provide timely support to the line manager and serve as a backup during peak times or staff absence
Required Skills and Experience
- Management degree in Banking, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in credit administration or legal documentation within a bank
- Sound understanding of lending products, credit control processes, and loan documentation
- Familiarity with legal contracts, collateral management, and compliance reporting
- Experience working with core banking systems and document management platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of private and investment banking products is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is advantageous for regulatory coordination
