- Assist the bartender in opening and closing the bar each shift
- Keep the bar area fully stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools
- Clean and maintain bar surfaces, floor areas, coolers, and back storage regularly
- Ensure all glassware, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and available for service
- Support with setup and reset of the bar for shifts, events, or large guest volumes
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures during service hours
- Provide quick support during busy periods to ensure smooth guest service
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barback or barman in a hotel, cruise ship, or bar setting
- Background in hospitality or food and beverage service is preferred
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Energetic, team-oriented, and reliable with attention to detail
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Comfortable working in a themed or historic hospitality environment
