Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Respond to user queries, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support end-users with routine system operations and troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT support/helpdesk role.
- Familiar with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
