The role also involves managing petty cash, resolving issues, and supporting the Farmers Market’s financial operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the cashier team, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Train and guide cashiers on POS operations, cash handling, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor cash flow and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in reports.
- Handle customer complaints or disputes related to billing or payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security measures, and financial controls.
- Manage and oversee the use of petty cash for emergency market-related expenses.
- Coordinate with the finance team to report cash shortages, discrepancies, or operational issues.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all registers are balanced.
- Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism within the cashiering team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Accuracy of cash handling and transaction records.

Expected salary: 4500 – 6000 per month
