Job description: JPC-3501Position: Operations SpecialistContract Duration: 1 year renewableJob Location: Abu Dhabihigh-performing and experienced Payments and Reconciliation Processing Specialist who has demonstrated the skills needed to work in an environment that moves quickly and changes a lot. We need people who learn quickly, communicate excellently, and support other team members.Some of the job responsibilities youโ€™ll have are:Investigation of reconciliation breaks related to payments, cheques and cash deposit. * Creating management dashboards to ensure proper reporting and escalation of breaks.

  • Working with internal teams to resolve reconciliation breaks.
  • Working with our product and technology teams to suggest ideas and improvements to our processes, to improve controls around processes.

The key competencies weโ€™re looking for are:Experience in Payments investigation & Reconciliation in UAE Knowledge of Central Bank UAE systems for payments and cheque processing Paymentโ€™s processing and investigations SWIFT & local Currency experience is a plus. Good problem-solving skills in situations where there is no clear process or guidance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex processes for customers. Great teamwork and the ability to support others even in a busy environment. Flexible and open to an ever-changing environment and passion for working in a startup. Perfect spoken and written English Experience in Reconciliation related projects to improve efficiency.

Expected salary: 13000 – 15000 per month
