- Provide detailed information on plan features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and resolving concerns effectively
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and clear communication
- Handle complaints and offer appropriate solutions within defined timelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Monitor customer trends and report insights to team leaders for process improvement
- Stay updated on Etisalat products, pricing, and service offerings to provide accurate information
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or front desk operations; B2B or telecom sales experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, multitasking skills, and computer proficiency
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
