– Approve lifting plans and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
– Conduct toolbox talks and inspect lifting gear.
– Mentor junior staff and manage certifications.Qualifications:12+ years’ experience in heavy lifting (GCC essential).
LEEA Certification / Appointed Person (preferred).
Strong knowledge of cranes, rigging gear, and load charts.
Leadership and site coordination experienceSalary: AED 12000-13000 + Benefits as per UAE law

Expected salary: 12000 – 13000 per month
