IHG Hotels at Dubai Festival City is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Talent Resourcing to lead recruitment efforts across its portfolio of four world-class hotels: InterContinental, InterContinental Residence Suites, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn & Suites. This role focuses on developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring the hotels maintain a high-performing and engaged workforce that delivers exceptional guest experiences.Core Duties
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create tailored hiring plans
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
- Train, mentor, and guide recruitment team members to maintain high standards and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and external partners
- Foster connections with universities and other talent sources to strengthen the recruitment pipeline
- Stay updated on labor market trends to anticipate and address future talent needs

- Proven leadership experience in managing recruitment teams and processes
- Expertise in designing and executing recruitment strategies for large organizations
