  • Manage IT incidents and service requests from hotel staff and guests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
  • Record and maintain case logs for reporting and knowledge-sharing
  • Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions or workarounds to restore services quickly
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, and user accounts following IT standards
  • Provide technical support for hospitality IT systems, including Opera PMS, Micros, RMS, Wi-Fi, AV setups, and digital signage
  • Maintain IT inventory, issue equipment, and provide after-hours support when required
  • Address guest IT-related queries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security requirements

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, ideally within luxury hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with hospitality-specific systems such as Opera PMS and Micros
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Adaptable, culturally aware, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
