Analyze market trends and anticipate demand to create effective revenue strategies
Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to optimize room inventory and rate distribution across all channels
Ensure timely and accurate rate loading on direct booking platforms, OTAs, GDS, and CRO systems
Conduct competitor analysis to maintain competitive pricing and market advantage
Prepare and deliver weekly forecasts and daily revenue reports for management review
Maintain strict adherence to rate parity guidelines and corporate pricing policies
Support the reservations team in managing large group bookings with competitive bid pricing
Provide training to internal teams on revenue tools and system usage
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to implement cohesive business strategies
Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotions, packages, and campaigns to maximize profitabilityQualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector
Strong knowledge of distribution channels, OTAs, and eCommerce best practices
Proficiency in revenue management tools such as IDeaS, Opera Cloud, or similar PMS
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration
Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions and maintain focus under pressure
