Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 400-500 primarily non-borrowing clients under the Virtual Relationship Unit
- Achieve portfolio growth, revenue targets, product penetration, and client activation KPIs
- Reactivate dormant or inactive customers and onboard new clients through referrals
- Cross-sell FAB banking products including accounts, trade, lending, FX, and bancassurance
- Act as the primary remote point of contact for clients, delivering proactive advisory and support
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer engagement records to ensure personalized service
- Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, sanctions, and regulatory obligations
- Coordinate with risk and compliance teams on enhanced due diligence and transaction reviews
- Provide input on process improvements and contribute to service excellence and NPS growth
- Regularly update KYC profiles and remediate expired cases in line with bank standards
- Participate in FAB’s training and development programs to continuously improve service delivery
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Banking preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in Corporate, Commercial, or Business Banking
- Proven ability to manage client relationships remotely across a large portfolio
- Strong understanding of banking products and commercial customer needs
- Excellent communication, advisory, and service orientation
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, risk controls, and governance frameworks
- Proficient in maintaining customer lifecycle and activity tracking through CRM systems
