- Lead, supervise, and mentor the technical engineering team including design engineers, detailers, and quality inspectors.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of technical drawings, structural calculations, and project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients to align on technical deliverables and timelines.
- Promote sustainable building practices aligned with LEED or similar green building certifications.
Expected salary: 25000 per month
