- Manage tuning, QA, and product management of Firco Continuity and Firco Trust systems
- Provide expertise in FircoSoft screening solutions including Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, Firco Screen and Keep (FSK), FMM, FML, and FLV
- Analyze and interpret data using mining and analytical tools to improve system performance
- Develop and maintain business requirement documents for compliance system enhancements
- Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to manage system changes and performance improvements
- Assess, review, and fine-tune sanction screening rules, exceptions, and algorithms
- Monitor system effectiveness and prepare reports for senior management
- Support compliance procedures by evaluating system alignment with governance standards
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Professional certifications in IT or compliance preferred
- Minimum 5 years of compliance experience, with at least 3 years in sanction screening tuning roles within a financial institution
- Hands-on experience with Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and related FircoSoft systems
- Strong knowledge of screening technologies, algorithms, and business rules
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
