- Act as the key liaison between technical and functional teams for sanctions system updates
- Conduct effectiveness reviews and scenario testing to ensure compliance accuracy
- Maintain detailed change logs documenting all system modifications
- Develop sanctions-related dashboards and metrics for management reporting
- Plan, coordinate, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements
- Monitor post-deployment system performance and recommend fine-tuning adjustments
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience in sanctions systems, compliance technology, or banking platforms
- Strong knowledge of sanctions compliance processes and system configurations
- Hands-on experience in UAT planning, testing, and system performance monitoring
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
