Sharaf DG is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive B2B Etisalat product sales through outdoor and field activities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role requires lead generation, client engagement, and closing business opportunities by offering tailored telecom solutions to meet customer needs.Location: UAE

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and other prospecting methods
- Identify potential business clients and industries for Etisalat product expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable telecom products and services
- Provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Negotiate terms, close sales effectively, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
- Provide regular reports and feedback to the Sales Manager on performance and market trends
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of outdoor or B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom or related sector
- Proven ability to sell GSM connections including postpaid, fiber, and business plans
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently between Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a competitive environment
