Job description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant – Business Support to our client in Sharjah.This role is critical in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting core business functions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diary entries, update calendars, and ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Maintain follow-up logs, collate approvals, and assist in preparing monthly approval folders.
  • Oversee contact database management, ensuring accurate records and preparing targeted invite lists.
  • Handle subscriptions, filing systems, and coordinate Eid gifting logistics.
  • Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence, event support, and supplier research.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma in a commercial or business discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration or office-related activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact database management.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
