Job description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant – Business Support to our client in Sharjah.This role is critical in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting core business functions.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diary entries, update calendars, and ensure efficient scheduling.
- Maintain follow-up logs, collate approvals, and assist in preparing monthly approval folders.
- Oversee contact database management, ensuring accurate records and preparing targeted invite lists.
- Handle subscriptions, filing systems, and coordinate Eid gifting logistics.
- Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence, event support, and supplier research.
Qualifications:
- College diploma in a commercial or business discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration or office-related activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact database management.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
