Job description: Job Position – Admission & Discharge OfficerCompany Name – Saudi German HealthPreferably Arabic SpeakerUAE Sharjah branch.This role is critical in managing the admittance and discharge of patients within a hospital. You will work with a variety of healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience, from the moment they arrive to when they are discharged, all while conforming to medical standards and protocols.Responsibilities:Manage patient admissions and discharges, including all necessary documentation.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate patient information is collected and communicated.Ensure all medical records are properly updated and maintained throughout the patient’s stay.Provide clear communication and instructions to patients and their families regarding admission and discharge procedures.Work closely with the billing department to ensure accurate processing of patient charges.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.Address and resolve any issues related to patient admissions and discharges.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare
administration or related field preferred.Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient admissions or discharge processes.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Skills:Patient management systems
