This is an exciting opportunity for an associate to join their growing and highly successful team based in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on direct, fund, co-investment and platform investments in hotel assets across major markets. What the job involves

• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
• Developing and analysing financial models
• Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
• Working alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Experience of working in real estate hotels and hospitality in M&A or private equity, ideally in the Americas
• Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
• Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
