JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with the project manager or construction manager for new requirements in respective projects.
- Enquiring about the company’s past details from an outside source, such as payment terms, main clients, etc.
- Follow-up on the quotation sent and negotiation in rate from the client, sending a revised quote according to the site’s importance.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine the necessary strategic sales approaches. If there is any demand at existing sites, immediately put a request in CRM Sales Demand to ensure the laborers are not idling in camp.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product or service demonstrations, and other sales actions; manage and follow up on the payment on time.
- Ensure timesheet collection from the site on a monthly basis, submit invoices without any delay, and submit the receiving copy to the admin department. Cross-verification of the timesheet with the site supervisor before submitting the original invoice.
- Take the SOA every month from the accounts department and submit it to the client with a stamp. The receiving copy is submitted to the accounts department to ensure payment settlement without a long delay.
- Collecting the payments and submitting them to the accounts department as soon as possible.
Qualifications:
- Degree Or UAE Driving License Mandatory
- Experience in Sales with Construction, Manpower Supply, or Facility Management
