Job description: We are supporting our client, a leading Middle Eastern provider of Corporate Relocation services, in their hunt for a Client Account Manager – Relocation Services, who will be based in Dubai.
Although based in UAE, this role will involve managing relocation needs within Saudi Arabia (KSA) and ensuring an excellent standard of service delivery for clients.
Client Account Manager – Relocation Services Responsibilities:
- Overseeing customer initiations and making sure they’re handled well.
- Keeping track of the assignee’s relocation progress by making updates to the Client Portal.
- Managing client expenses, corresponding with the relocation advisors, the assignees who are relocating, and the client’s HR department.
- Guaranteeing operational compliance by supervising assignee escalations and ensuring resolution in accordance with the client service level agreement.
- Arranging for annual, quarterly, or weekly client review calls; liaising with relocation consultants and assignees; and completing monthly or quarterly reports at client request.
- Tracking client complaints to ensure they are handled efficiently and quickly.
- Putting company rules and standard operating procedures into practice and following them.
- Reviewing services with customers on a regular basis to ensure reliable service.
- Maintaining client accounts with current CRM updates to allow employees and clients to utilise them to the fullest.
- Assisting Saudi Arabian (KSA) relocation advisors with case distribution and administrative tasks (planning travel schedules, visiting potential properties, scheduling school visits, and providing these services).
- Collaborating with the Relocation Team Lead to ensure that client expectations are met and that business profitability is managed to ensure a fruitful, long-lasting collaboration.
- Liaising on behalf of migrating assignees and their HR departments with Saudi Arabian authorities, including immigration, utilities, and municipalities.
- Coordinating with the assigned relocation consultant to meet the needs of the client.
- Supervising and helping the assignee and landlord/agent sign the contract in the absence of the Relocation Consultant.
Skills:
- Four years or more of experience working at the corporate level, including dealing with and speaking with senior management.
- A business administration graduate is ideal.
- Excellent familiarity and expertise with corporate relocation services.
- A Saudi driving licence and a car.
- Fluent English.
- Have spent at least two years residing in Riyadh.
- Strong sense of intuition and grasp of clients’ demands.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.
- A strong analytical aptitude combined with a penchant for problem solving.
