• Prepare special meals or substitutes, and regulate cooking equipment temperatures.
• Thaw frozen food, ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnishing, and maintain food logs.
• Monitor food quality and quantity, communicate needs during busy times, and inform the Chef of excess items for specials.
• Update Food & Beverage staff on menu specials and shortages, and prepare food according to recipes and standards, including cold dishes.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching, and serve as a role model.
• Follow company safety policies, report maintenance issues, and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Anticipate guest needs, communicate clearly, and foster positive team relationships.
• Meet quality standards, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
