- Lead the development and implementation of ADMA’s Strategic Plans, programs, projects and initiatives to advance the vision of AD Ports Group in alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Lead ADMA’s goal setting process and provide support to effectively build and update the current objectives, initiatives and annual/five-year strategic plans.
- Oversee the development of performance measurement and strategic planning systems to assess effectiveness, identify gaps, and track business performance.
- Review the implementation of strategic initiatives, track progress agaist key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate the use of tools, and develop enhacement plans to meet the overall objectives.
- Control the creation of ADMA’s Program Management Office to guarantee efficient risk management, project controls, strategic planning, governance, and document control processes.
- Establish the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and program and ensure effective implementation by having robust risk register.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all potential external stakeholders aiming to promote company’s services and enahnce its visibility.
- Lead benchmark and analytical execrise, forecast challenges and assess emerging opportunities that maxmize the profit.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations reflecting the academy’s strategic plans, progress, key milestones and issues.
People Management Responsibilities:
- Manage the effective achievement of organization’s objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and performance.
- Provide leadership to the team in the development and execution of departmental strategic plans, ensuring integration with the overall acadeny strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and excellence promoting creative thinking, collaboration and knowledge sharing among the team.

- Assist VP Strategic Planning and Administration in all business performance measurement efforts in the Office of Strategic Manager
