Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with delivery partners.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competition, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven work experience as on operations Assistant or similar role
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
