• Oversee all financial activities and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership to support the company’s growth objectives.
• Manage cost accounting processes to accurately track manufacturing costs and analyze variances against budgeted targets.
• Manage banking relationships and debt financing arrangements, negotiating favorable terms and minimizing financial risk exposure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and sales teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to ensure adequate funds are available for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
