Join WSP, and you’ll be at the heart of an international collective of innovative thinkers, all dedicated to growing and sharing their expertise, working on projects that transform society for all of us.WSP Middle East has an exciting Graduate Interior Designer _ Emirati role for our rapidly growing Property and building business unit in Sharjah, UAE.As a Graduate Interior Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and project managers to contribute to the conceptualization, design development, and implementation of interior design projects.This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional design environment while working on a variety of projects across different sectors. Your new role, what’s involved?

• Assist senior designers in developing design concepts and creating mood boards.
• Contribute to space planning and layout design under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Assist in material selection, sourcing, and coordination with suppliers.
• Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using design software.
• Support the project team in conducting site surveys and assessments.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure design integrity and project delivery within specified timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design.
• Maintain organized project documentation and assist in project administration tasks as required.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional development.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field from a reputable university.Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Prior internship or work experience in interior design is a plus but not mandatory.Academic Achievement: Demonstrated track record of exceptional academic results.Motivation and Dedication: Show consistent drive and a firm dedication to personal and professional development.
