• Spearhead the development of the Program ,ensuring inclusivity, and structured that accommodates the needs and potentials of all children, including those of determination, crafting an environment that supports their growth and enrichment
• Ensure employment of a cohesive operational framework among diverse contributors to the Program, facilitating effective communication and integration of comprehensive inputs

Requirements:

• Ideally have 7+ years of experience in the Program development and delivery, preferably in a senior role within an entity in the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of local regulations and practices

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

• Proven experience in leadership roles within early childhood development programs or initiatives

• Proven experience in developing and delivering Company interventions including programs for children and parents

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and interventions for children aged 0-3 and their families
