Job description: Hiring UAE Nationals for the role of a Human Resources Consultant for our reputed client in Abu Dhabi .Job Description :

• Supervising the preparation and implementation of the annual employment plan in coordination with all organizational units in the center.
• Supervising the preparation of the job description for the human resources in the center by following up the job tasks and collecting the required data.
• Supervising and preparing current human resources activities and work, identifying any problems, and ensuring that they are resolved, and identifying possible improvements in operations.
• Coordinating matters relating to contracts, employee work and other work for new employees.
• Supervising the preparation of reports related to human resources planning and recruitment to be submitted to the head of the department.

Must have 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience .Bachelor’s degree is preferred .Interested candidates who are willing to join immediately may share your updated CVs.
