Get started by applying right away!INTERN IN HUMAN RESOURCES & TRAINING DEPARTMENT – RESPONSIBILITIES● Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
● Support the onboarding process for the hotel’s new employees
● Contribute to the development of training materials, such as presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules
● Provide support in employee relations matters including investigating complaints, mediating conflicts, and offering guidance on company policies
● Aid in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
● Support employee communication efforts by preparing newsletters, announcements, and updates
