Job description: The Internal Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of the insurance processes within the organization. This position involves evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management strategies, and governance processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a thorough understanding of insurance regulations and industry standards. By conducting audits and assessments, the Internal Auditor will help identify areas for improvement and ensure that the company adheres to best practices, ultimately contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the insurance operations.Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive audits of insurance operations to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the organization.
• Assist in the development and execution of the annual audit plan.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on internal audit processes and best practices.
• Participate in special projects and investigations as required.
• Support the external audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
