They are looking for top-tier real estate investment professionals with extensive experience in the US market. Based in Abu Dhabi, the fund deploys significant capital across direct investments, co-investments, and fund investments. You will work on high profile deals across a variety of asset classes. What the job involves

• Lead the sourcing, origination, and execution of US real estate private equity deals
• Oversee the entire investment process, from initial screening and analysis to closing and exit strategies
• Present and defend investment opportunities to the investment committee, providing detailed analysis and strategic insights
• Actively monitor portfolio performance and manage post-investment activities
• Stay ahead of market trends and developments to uncover new investment opportunities in key sectors and regions

Who we are looking for

• Significant experience in US real estate private equity, with a proven track record of sourcing and executing successful deals
• Strong background in investment banking and real estate private equity from leading institutions
• Solid analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to present and defend investment recommendations
• Experience managing the full life cycle of investments, from due diligence to exits
• A degree, preferably an advanced degree, in a relevant field from a top-tier university
