Job description: Mark Williams is working with a prestigious government entity in Sharjah that is looking for an IT Manager (UAEN) to align technology with business objectives and enhance operational efficiencyRole:– Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and systems to ensure alignment with business goals
– Manage ERP systems and Microsoft 365 Dynamics for CRM and ERP customization
– Lead the integration of tools like HubSpot, Jira, and Asana for data synchronization
– Implement and optimize automated workflows to improve operational efficiency
– Ensure the functionality, security, and management of the organization’s website and domains
– Provide technical support and manage IT projects from planning to execution
– Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security measuresRequirements:– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
– 5-7 years of experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role
– Expertise in ERP systems, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, and workflow automation
– Strong integration skills with tools like HubSpot, Jira, and Asana
