Job Summary:
The Junior Accountant is responsible for assisting the finance department in managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This entry-level position provides an opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Record financial transactions in the general ledger.
Data Entry Tasks.
Process and record vendor invoices.
Verify vendor statements.
Prepare and process payments to vendors.
Should be excellent in MS excel and spreadsheets.
Should have knowledge of Inventory.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/Finance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Expected salary: 5000 per month
