What will you do?

• Welcome the guests to Shangri-La.
• Be present and attentive at all times.
• Work with hotel colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
• Be prepared to assist other Shangri-La colleagues/departments in a thoughtful manner.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness/orderliness.
• Bid farewell to departing guests and leave them with a fond memory.
• Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/management to find solutions.

To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161 fully-furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units.
