We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager who can join immediately.
Skills and Responsibilities:

• With a minimum of (5) years’ experience in Dubai
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project design.
• Lead and manage a team of MEP engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals.
• Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
• Monitor the installation and commissioning of MEP systems on-site.
• Oversee the final testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant Quality documentation/records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management or related field
• Proven experience as MEP Engineer (high-rise building projects)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can join immediately
