Infosys is seeking a EBS Technical Architect with Oracle EBS experience. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture • Understanding of performance engineering • Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques • Basic understanding of project domain • Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements • Ability to design and code complex programs • Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications • Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Required Qualifications:

– Candidate must be located within USA preferable in Michigan or be willing to Travel to Michigan, USA for key milestones and client discussion. This position may require travel.

– Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

– At least 7 years of IT experience.

– Knowledge of various Oracle EBS Module like Finance, Supply Chain etc.

– Detail-oriented and able to work independently and multi-task.

– Hands on experience in handling SQL, PL/SQL and report development.

– Strong expertise in data migration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies.

– Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and related technologies.

– Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite data structures and architecture.

– Familiarity with Oracle database technologies.

– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

– Excellent communication and documentation skills.

– Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Oracle E-Business Suite Customization: Develop, maintain, and customize Oracle E-Business Suite applications to meet business requirements. This includes the development of PL/SQL scripts, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other related components.

– Data Migration: Plan, design, and execute data migration strategies to ensure the seamless transfer of data between systems. This may involve data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

– Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle E-Business Suite applications, including identifying and resolving technical issues, performance tuning, and system optimization.

– Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle E-Business Suite with other applications, systems, and databases.

– Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

– Experience in Global Delivery model and coordination with teams at offshore.

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
