A well-established Dubai-based business specialising in fit-out, design, and interior contracting, delivering high-end commercial and residential projects across the UAE. The company has a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and seamless project execution.Role Summary:
This position plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations across both JAFZA Free Zone and Dubai Mainland. The PRO & Admin Specialist will handle all government-related documentation, company licensing, visa processing, and labour affairs. Additionally, they’ll support broader administrative tasks, HR coordination, and property oversight for company-owned assets.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all PRO functions for JAFZA and Dubai Mainland (DED, MOHRE, Immigration)
- Oversee trade licence renewals, visa applications, cancellations, and labour contract processes
- Coordinate with government portals such as Dubai Trade, Tasheel, Amer, and GDRFA
- Maintain company records, support HR with onboarding/offboarding, and ensure legal compliance
- Handle renewals, insurance, utilities, and other office logistics
- Oversee private property management for the company and associated individuals
- Represent the company during inspections, audits, and official visits
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience handling both JAFZA and Mainland PRO/Admin duties
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, and free zone regulations
- Proficient in Arabic, English, and Hindi
- Strong communication skills and experience using online government systems
Expected salary: 15000 per month
