Shift Timings Details:Day Shift: 6 AM to 3PMMid Shift: 11 AM to 8 PMEvening Shift: 2 PM to 11 PMJOB SUMMARYThe Member Experience Executive is responsible for delivering a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience while playing a key role in driving revenue through the proactive sale of memberships, class packages, and private sessions.This position supports the day-to-day operations of a massive sports and wellness hub with a high-end member base, ensuring seamless client service and premium guest experiences. The representative is expected to consistently embody luxury service standards, providing every guest with a personalized and high-quality experience.The ideal candidate is highly sales-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets. Arabic speakers are preferred for this role.CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 2+ years in sales or customer service (fitness/wellness/hospitality industry preferred).
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, admin systems).
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Knowledge of sports or wellness concepts a plus.
• Familiarity with booking systems.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Arabic Speaking is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Flexibility with shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Well presented with clear speech, physically active, energetic.
