This is a permanent position requiring full-time hours.Job Duties:Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies and proceduresOversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including staff management and student disciplinePlay a key role in curriculum development and assessment processesCollaborate with teachers and staff to ensure high-quality educational programmesParticipate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of school personnelManage school budgets and resources effectivelyRepresent the school at various events and meetingsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fieldProven experience in a leadership role within an educational institutionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively

Expected salary: 20000 – 22000 per month
