• Manage day-to-day operational relationships with a portfolio of institutional custody clients, ensuring top-tier service and retention
• Build a deep understanding of client structures, operational needs, and market dynamics to offer customized solutions
• Lead enquiry resolution, process improvements, and service automation to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain service plans, client profiles, and conduct structured client calls to proactively address service gaps
• Support new client acquisition by contributing to proposals, presentations, onboarding plans, and implementation roadmaps
• Collaborate with the Head of Client Management to track and convert sales pipeline deals
• Work cross-functionally with operations, onboarding, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and securities services trends across GCC and global markets

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in securities services, custody operations, or institutional banking
• At least 3 years in a client-facing, relationship management, or business development role within financial services
• Strong knowledge of custody services, fund administration (preferred), and GCC/international market regulations
• Proven ability to build senior-level client relationships and influence internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
• Driven, solutions-oriented, and commercially focused with a track record of client revenue growth
