Job description: Job Description:Role: Product Officer – Priority Banking
Location: Abu DhabiROLE PURPOSE:To support personal banking liabilities in product development & fee income business of ADIB.Key Accountabilities of the role

  • Review and development of existing and new product programs & supporting new product development.
  • Working closely with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Operations, FCD, Branch Operations etc.) to complete assigned tasks.
  • Review and development of department processes and procedures.
  • Monitoring and enhancement of Personal Banking Fee income lines related to Liabilities
  • Develop and implement initiatives to boost Fee income
  • Assist in preparation of business case on remittances proposition and aid the Department Head in launching new initiatives.
  • Track competition, regulations, industry trends and position the product in targeted segment.
  • For new product program development: Engage closely with the development teams to define requirements, specifications and acceptance testing criteria
  • Regular BTL and ATL marketing activities along with Marketing to boost fee income and remittances.
  • Review and enhance department portfolio performance MIS
  • Provide support to the Head of Department in ADHOC / strategic projects.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  • Good organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Marketing.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
