Job description: Role:Property Valuation Consultant (Valuer)Location :Abu DhabiYears of Experience- 2 to 5 yearsContract – 12 MonthsFluent In Arabic and EnglishROLE PURPOSEE: To carry out inspections, draft and write reports (Residential and Commercial) under supervision, carry out market research, with the aim of producing a high standard of Valuation Report, Market Study, complete with good customer service to the existing clients.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• University Degree (preferred in Real Estate Valuation)
• Assoc. RICS or enrolled on the APC is preferrable
• Good communication skills
