This collaboration will provide world-class healthcare to over three million residents in the northern UAE, including military personnel and their families. By integrating top healthcare providers like the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Healthpoint, M42 will ensure access to specialized and preventative care.Full-scale operations are set to launch in early 2025.Role overview:
The Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Department plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a non-hospital setting. This position involves conducting initial assessments, coordinating care plans, and providing education to patients and their families. The nurse will manage patient flow, ensuring timely appointments and follow-ups while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.Responsibilities

• Adhere to department guidelines, regulatory standards, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure timely completion of performance evaluations.
• Educate and guide patients through their care journey, conducting assessments and creating personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to prioritize interventions and provide advanced care in specialized areas.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and contribute to research programs.
• upport staff development through supervision, training, and feedback, while pursuing your own professional growth.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork to ensure smooth operational activities across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with an active MOH license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient, perioperative, acute, or intensive care settings.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a focus on continuous professional development.
