Job description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Road Engineer to join our construction team in UAE-Ajman. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of road construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are adhered to throughout the process.Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and other engineers to plan and design road construction projects.
– Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and gather relevant data.
– Manage and oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
– Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
– Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
– Conduct quality inspections and assessments to ensure that road construction materials and techniques meet industry standards and project requirements.Salary:
AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTS– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
– Proven experience working as a Road Engineer or similar role in the construction industry, with a successful track record of managing road construction projects from planning to completion.
– In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials used in road construction.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
– Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing road construction and infrastructure projects.
