Job description: Job DetailSales and Project Support Specialist – Dubai Sales & MarketingKey Responsibilities:Ensure seamless coordination between sales and project execution by providing support across sales, administration, logistics, and projects.Prepare offers, process orders, and manage shipments and invoicing.Oversee shipment coordination, customs clearance, and invoicing.Prepare technical/commercial documents and manage orders in SAP.Skills & Experience:Prior experience in a sales support/coordination role in FMCG or industrial products.Bachelor’s degree.Preferably experienced in SAP or other ERP/CRM systems.Strong multitasking, communication, and negotiation skills.
