Sales Consultant

Job objectives:

To ensure adequate and effective support is available with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and expediency for the sales department to achieve the desired output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales target
  • Complete all documentation associated with selling properties
  • Generate a healthy pipeline of prospects and leads for target markets and sectors, through market knowledge, research, and client relationship
  • Follow up on all paperwork and ensure accurate information is available
  • Input all prospective leads, client details, sales, etc into the sales inventory & CRM system
  • Perform effective networking within the community and generate leads within the allocated areas
  • Coordinating for the release of advertisements in newspapers and attending calls for advertising properties
  • Prepare monthly competitive survey reports and analyze the real state market trends and conditions in the area
  • Attend to feedback on the client comments, suggestions, and market trends
  • Make accurate records of all transactions & interactions made with customers
  • Respond to all online and telephone queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to assess the program of the department & develop the sales strategy accordingly
  • Any additional tasks assigned by the department head

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience of which a minimum of 3 years must be in the position assuming similar responsibilities with a leading real estate company
  • Awareness of the local and regional local environment

  • Knowledge about property sales and letting laws
  • Commercial awareness

  • Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
  • A good negotiator
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure.
