Job objectives:
To ensure adequate and effective support is available with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and expediency for the sales department to achieve the desired output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales target
- Complete all documentation associated with selling properties
- Generate a healthy pipeline of prospects and leads for target markets and sectors, through market knowledge, research, and client relationship
- Follow up on all paperwork and ensure accurate information is available
- Input all prospective leads, client details, sales, etc into the sales inventory & CRM system
- Perform effective networking within the community and generate leads within the allocated areas
- Coordinating for the release of advertisements in newspapers and attending calls for advertising properties
- Prepare monthly competitive survey reports and analyze the real state market trends and conditions in the area
- Attend to feedback on the client comments, suggestions, and market trends
- Make accurate records of all transactions & interactions made with customers
- Respond to all online and telephone queries in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with the sales team to assess the program of the department & develop the sales strategy accordingly
- Any additional tasks assigned by the department head
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience of which a minimum of 3 years must be in the position assuming similar responsibilities with a leading real estate company
- Awareness of the local and regional local environment
Skills:
- Knowledge about property sales and letting laws
- Commercial awareness
- Numeral skills
- Confidence & maturity
- Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
- A good negotiator
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure.
