• Promote and sell products or services to customers.
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of products or services to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
• Monitor competitors’ products, sales, and marketing activities.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and results for management.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
• Fluency in English is required.
